Our objective is to identify, through gap analysis and fact based observations, any weak points or deficits in Security. Our Security Site Audit Assessment is conducted in phases and includes the following steps:
| Interviews | Fact finding interviews with all stakeholders including owners, security personnel, employees etc. | |
| Physical Assessment | Visits to the location to inspect factors such as perimeter integrity, access control measures, entrance/exit points, illumination etc. | |
| Analyse | We map each risk factor on an Impact/Likelihood matrix. The five levels of impact (insignificant, minor, moderate, major, extreme) will be corresponded with the five levels of likelihood (rare, unlikely, credible, likely, almost certain). | |
| Evaluate | Identified Risks are prioritised for treatment based on Client’s risk tolerance. | |
| Risk Treatment | We will design a treatment strategy and process designed to support the Client’s objectives and activities. |
